Refunds & Cancellations

Return and refund policy
If you are unsatisfied with any of our product that you have recently purchased, please contact us to discuss exchange or return options. In certain cases--such as if you received free shipping on your initial order--you may be asked to ship "gently used" items back at your expense. Our goal will always be to ensure your satisfaction and we promise to work toward an equitable solution. Note that we will only entertain the return or exchange of products within 14-days of the original purchase date and the original receipt must be provided. Items sent back for refund or exchange without first contacting us and discussing return/refund options will not be processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
